Olen osallistunut Kivinokan Ympäristötaidenäyttelyihin vuodesta 2007; vuosina 2007-2010 itsenäisillä teoksilla ja vuodesta 2011 alkaen myös eri ryhmien tekemillä teoksilla.

Unohdetut – installaatio, 2010. Anu Miettinen
Näyttelyn ja kesän kuluessa heinäseipäiden ympärille kasvaa tihenevä ruusupapujen kiertelevä verkosto peittäen seipäät unohduksiin. Ihmisen muokkaama ja haltuun ottama luonto muuttuu nopeasti takaisin osaksi luontoa, kun ihminen ei enää tarvitse haltuun ottamiaan esineitään ja ”unohtaa” ne luonnon helmaan. Muutos tapahtuu sitä nopeammin,mitä luonnonmukaisempaa materiaali on. Ihmisen historiassa näin on käynyt niin yksittäisille esineille kuin suurien sivilisaation infrastukruureillekin. Teos kuuluu Eden-sarjaani ja on sen toinen osa.

As the exhibition and the summer progress, an increasingly dense network of runner beans grows, twining around some hay poles, obliterating them. This little piece of nature, shaped and dominated by humankind, rapidly re-merges with the rest of nature, when people no longer need the objects over which they have taken control and ‘forget’ them in the bosom of nature. The more natural the material is, the more rapidly the change happens. In human history this has been the fate of both individual objects and the infrastructures of great civilizations. The art work belongs to my Eden Series and is the second part of it.
